Seller: D'POSE STUDIO, Andrej Kolčák, Company ID: 57258309, Tax ID: 1127897232, not a VAT payer, registered office Horná Mičiná 67, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, registered in the Trade Register, no. 620-53073, e-mail: dpose.studio@gmail.com, phone: +421 905 711 592.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The buyer orders goods or a service electronically through the form on the website. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms they have read these terms. The contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order to the buyer's e-mail.
3. Prices
Prices are shown with each item. The seller is not a VAT payer, so prices are final and without VAT. The price for a print is stated without a frame; the photograph itself is sold.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer to the seller's account (IBAN SK30 1100 0000 0029 3926 9423); please use the order number as the payment reference. Payment is due within 7 days of order confirmation; we process the order once the payment is credited.
5. Delivery
We deliver by personal pickup by arrangement in Banská Bystrica (free of charge), or by post or courier across Slovakia; the shipping cost is shown at checkout and the usual delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. For made-to-order prints the time may be extended by the production time.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The procedure and form are in the Complaints and Returns policy.
The right to withdraw does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or custom-made goods (for example, photo prints made to order), in accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll..
7. Complaints and warranty
The complaint procedure and liability for defects are governed by the Complaints and Returns policy.
8. Alternative dispute resolution
The consumer may contact the seller with a request for remedy. If the seller responds negatively or does not respond within 30 days, the consumer may file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution with an ADR body (for example the SOI). A proposal may also be filed via the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Matters not covered here are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. These terms are effective from the day sales go live.
